Since we last met, El Pollo Loco has made great strides in our journey from Good to Great. Our national expansion is well underway and we are keenly focused on executing with excellence the programs and initiatives that will drive our continued success. 

 

While we are experiencing great momentum, there is no doubt that these are challenging times as we continue to face a tough economy, soaring commodity costs, and intense competition. Despite these challenges, I believe that no other brand is better positioned to weather the economic storm and emerge as a leader in our industry. Achieving this goal, however, requires your full engagement and support. It is in this spirit that I am delighted to share with you information on El Pollo Loco’s 2008 Leadership Conference.
