The group rate at JW Marriott in Palm Desert, CA is $160 per night, plus tax (currently 9%), for single and double occupancy.
Please note: We have secured a limited number of rooms at the conference group rate for the three days prior to and three days after the conference. These rooms are limited and will be reserved on a first come, first served basis (based on availability).
After completing your on-line registration, you will receive an email confirmation. If your plans change, you are welcome to modify your registration online by entering your email and password. You will receive an updated email confirmation once you complete your registration. Your hotel dates will not be confirmed until you receive a written hotel/confirmation letter via US mail by the end of August.

Revisions or cancellations made to a reservation five days or less prior to the first scheduled night of arrival are subject to loss of one night’s hotel stay. In the event that an attendee who has reserved a room checks out prior to the reserved checkout date and does not notify the front desk at check-in, an early departure fee of one night’s hotel stay may be charged to the attendee’s credit card. From Palm Springs Airport (12.5mi): Travel east on Ramon Road to Bob Hope Drive. Go south on Bob Hope Drive to Country Club Drive and take Country Club east to resort.

From L.A. Airport (130mi): Take I-405 north to I-10 east. Follow I-10 east to Cook Street exit (2 hours). Drive south on Cook Street to Country Club Drive and turn west on Country Club to resort.
